AUSTRALIAN CHARDONNAY
A full bodied varietal wine, with subtle oak after taste, making it one of the most distinguished of our
wines.
BODAILLES WHITE
A classic dry French style wine blended from Sauvignon and Semillon grapes. It is smooth and delicate
with soft almond flavour.
BOURGERON WHITE
A medium bodied white made from a special blend of grapes. It features a fruity aroma reminiscent of
peaches and apricots.
BRISE DE MER
A subtle and soft French style wine. Produced from a blend of white grapes. It's mellow flavour makes it
easy to sip at any social gathering very popular with those who enjoy Entre Deux Mers Wines.
CHAMBLAISE
A crowd pleasing, delicate wine recommended for first time wine makers. Easy to sip and enjoyable with
seafood, light meals and salads.
CHARDONNAY
One of the most popular white varietal wines, full bodied with distinctive complexity and apple like
bouquet. An excellent table wine with poultry and veal.
CHENIN BLANC
Dry or sweetened, this medium bodied wine has a crisp refreshing flavour with soft, fruity undertones.
CUVEE SPECIALE
A very popular, savoury, tangy white, enjoyable with dinner or by itself.
FRENCH COLOMBARD
A light dry wine with subtle notes of fruit and honey. When lightly sweetened, it compares with popular
French table wines.
GEWURZTRAMINER
A fragrant, robust wine popular in Germany and the Alsace region of France. A wonderful spicy
experience that should not be missed. This very versatile wine compliments spicy foods.
JOHANNISBERG RIESLING
Dry, with a subtle fruity after taste, it is one of the most distinctive of German wines with slightly less
acidity than traditional Rieslings.
LIEBFRAUMILCH
One of the most popular and versatile German white wines. Excellent when served dry or lightly
sweetened making it comparable to the commercial Blue Nun.
MOSCATO
Flavours of apricots and citrus dominate the taste with a lush mouth feel. Finish is crisp and well
balanced.
PALOMINO
While Palomino does a wonderful solo, it is also an excellent food wine. Some of the most pairings are
smoked salmon and pasta dishes with rich creamy sauces.
PIESPORTER
A fine, quality white wine with a fragrant and spicy bouquet. A slightly softer wine than Gewürztraminer.
PINOT BLANC
Rich and full bodied. A close relation to Chardonnay with a more robust flavour.
PINOT CHARDONNAY
The royalty of varietal whites, truly enjoyable with its subtle, buttery after taste. Serve with hearty
poultry dishes and seafood.
PINOT GRIGIO
Dry on the palate, with hints of green melon and a delicate bouquet of honey and herbs. A perfect wine
for grilled chicken and seafood.
RIESLING
Clean and light with a spicy acidity. Riesling is the staple grape of Germany. An excellent choice for those
who enjoy dry or sweetened German wines.
RUISSEAU BLANC
A refreshing, delicate wine with a hint of apple. Closely related to Chardonnay.
SAUVIGNON BLANC
A classic French wine with unique and complex undertones of herbs and spices. An excellent dinner wine
for stews, casseroles and well seasoned poultry.
SOAVE
Perhaps the most famous Italian white wine. It is fresh, dry and light in body. Excellent with appetizers
and hors d’oeuvres.
TREBBIANO
A dry, full bodied wine with a pleasant fruit and floral nose. It has a lingering and refreshing finish.
VERDICCHIO
Clean and crisp with a light bite to entice the palate. Excellent when served young.
VINHO VERDE
Light in body Vinho Verde has great digestive properties due to its freshness and special qualities. It is
a highly regarded wine specially for summer. It’s a perfect choice for stemmed shellfish (especially
mussels and clams) and some white meats.
WHITE ZINFANDEL BLUSH
A classic blush wine that is best served slightly sweetened and chilled to bring out its fresh berry flavours.
