good wine have old traditions yet appeal to the new generation of connoisseurs; those who
have less time to shop and those more health conscious about what ingredients are used. Luigi
Elia takes his customers into the "cellar" and tells them what they need to know about the
essentials of making good wine.  His knowledge is extensive and is very capable in suggesting
recommendations.  The environment is clean, purified water is used, and careful monitoring and
filtering throughout the process ensures a clear, fulfilling batch of wine every time.  I am well
pleased with the standard at Exclusive Wines and enjoy the conversation and fun environment
while bottling my red and white wine.  I have tried various other companies in the area.  I have
been a customer at Exclusive Wines in the Heart Lake Plaza for two years and highly recommend
the quality of wine.

I've had the pleasure in trying wines from all over the world on someone else's dime. I was
also of the opinion that "homemade" wines could not compete nor did they have a place
amongst the finer store bought or restaurant offered wines. I have since changed that opinion
to agree that some homemade wines are quite nice and pair well with foods. I have had the
pleasure over the last few yrs of having wine made for me where I go in and bottle it. The
reason I have engaged Luigi in this is because of the full flavour of his wines along with the
experience and the knowledge he holds. I have had great success with many types of reds and
whites created by Luigi. At present in my cellar I have close to 400 bottles of assorted wines
ALL created by Luigi ageing to perfection, ALL offering different bouquets, for different meals,
seasons or occasions.

With a strong focus on quality, cleanliness and expertise this has allowed me to leave the
building to Luigi and enjoy the fruits of his labour.

Hello Luigi:

I just wanted to send you a HUGE Thank you, again!!

You were so patient with me, "The Crazy Bride", no matter how many changes I made to
my label or how many questions I had!!

After bottling on Saturday, Jason and I took Daniela and Paul out for lunch.  The four of us
sat and chatted on how much of a fun experience it was, and how great and how helpful
you were.
I can easily say that this was the easiest and best part of my wedding preparations!

I would recommend you to ANYONE and EVERYONE!
It was a fun experience & Jason and I plan on making our own wine again sometime!

I have made almost every fruit wine that Luigi carries. Every time I site on my  deck with my husband
or friends drinking a glass or 2 or 3 LOL. I think back to my Caribbean vacation that we had in June and

Luigi what a change coming to a business at cares about his customers. It was our first time
to your store you made us feel at home.  There was another couple that you introduced us
too and what a re pour you had with them the laughter the inside jokes. We left your store
went to dinner at the restaurant that  you recommended all we talked about was the great
time we had bottling  and started laughing all over again.
